Daily Recommended Workouts

Our new Daily Recommended Workouts feature on Wahoo and Wahoo SYSTM training apps deliver personalized workout suggestions tailored to your needs. Based on your recent training, available time, and readiness to train, the app crafts a session that fits your current fitness level and schedule. Whether you have 20 minutes or an hour, you’ll get a workout designed to keep you progressing without overreaching. Daily Recommended Workouts is a premium training feature and requires an active Wahoo X Membership to unlock. Not a Wahoo X Member? Expanded Workout Library Content

Wahoo Training is built to keep you engaged and motivated, offering a variety of premium content and workouts for a complete fitness routine. Our cycling channels offer entertainment to suit everyone. Ride amongst the pro peloton with a pro ride or Sufferfest session, train alongside your favorite Wahoo athletes in the A Week With series, travel abroad with On Location to ride the world’s most iconic routes, or get inspired with the Inspiration series of cycling-focused documentaries paired to base / recovery sessions.

Our content library is frequently expanding with new sessions to keep you pushing towards new PRs. Our newest cycling “On Location” series welcomes you to the evergreen hills of Bavaria’s scenic hinterland, where three challenging workouts will push your endurance, strength, and form to the limit. You’ll tackle the region’s iconic Oberjoch climb, pass through the historic mining village of Burgberg, and embark on a towpath adventure from the charming village of Fischen. Along the way, you’ll experience the beauty and history of this captivating part of Germany. 

All Your Training. All in one Place.

Import Completed Activities from Other Apps

In order to provide the best recommendations for your workouts, and ensure you have ALL of your workout data in one place, Wahoo now offers the opportunity to import completed activities from other apps. You can now set up the automatic upload of activities from Strava and Zwift to your Wahoo account history.  If you’re doing workouts in an app that doesn’t upload to Strava, you can also manually import the .FIT files into the Wahoo app directly.
